From Pop-Up Events to Private Sessions

No matter how you train with me, through fun Pilates pop-up events or private sessions, my goal is to help you feel empowered in your body. Everybody's path is unique, and your workouts should be too!

Meet Coach Rosie

Your Pilates coach and strength hype-woman!

I’m a certified Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and a busy mom of two tiny humans who keep me on the go. I know what it feels like to juggle work, family, and a never ending to-do list, but still make time to feel strong and confident!

My coaching style is:    

 •   Supportive but honest- I’ll cheer you on and keep it real.

•   Efficient – Short, effective sessions that fit into real life.  

•   Holistic – Focused on strength, hormone health, core stability, and stress relief… not just burning calories.

Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time, returning postpartum, or ready to level up your strength, I’m here to make movement feel doable, sustainable, and actually enjoyable.
